These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the pktk platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By using pktk, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pktk ("pktk", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at pktk.bio. This Agreement governs your registration, account use, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games and betting markets, and all other interactions with the pktk platform.

pktk reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or when suspicious activity is detected. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by pktk may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.
Where pktk has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is under 18 years of age, the Account will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals will be placed on hold, and any net winnings derived from that Account may be forfeited pending investigation. pktk cooperates fully with any regulatory inquiry related to underage gambling.
Each Player may hold only one registered Account on pktk. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated Accounts being suspended and any balances forfeited.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any details change. pktk shall not be liable for any consequences arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. pktk will never request your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity carried out using your Account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you, and pktk bears no liability for unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pktk immediately via the support channel at [email protected]. pktk may temporarily suspend your Account pending an investigation into the suspected breach.
pktk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved Payment Methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific Payment Methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds are communicated within the Account dashboard and may be updated periodically. pktk reserves the right to impose transaction limits for security, compliance, or operational reasons.
All deposits must be made using a Payment Method registered in the name of the Account holder. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made using a payment instrument belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed and the Account flagged for review.
Withdrawal requests from verified Accounts to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket wallets are typically processed within 15 minutes. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution's processing times. pktk does not guarantee processing times and is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
pktk reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Where a Player has received a Bonus, withdrawals may be subject to the Wagering Requirements associated with that Bonus, as described in Section 6. Attempts to withdraw funds in breach of applicable Wagering Requirements will result in the withdrawal request being declined until requirements are met.

pktk uses your personal data for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, customer support, and compliance with applicable legal obligations. pktk does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
All personal data and payment information transmitted to and from the pktk platform is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption. Access to Player data within pktk's systems is restricted to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis.
All content on the pktk platform — including but not limited to the pktk brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, software, text, graphics, game content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pktk or its licensed content partners, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pktk platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pktk and its officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the pktk platform, including but not limited to:
pktk's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of connected claims shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player to their pktk Account in the 90 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, pktk will communicate the reason for suspension to the affected Player via their registered email address within a reasonable timeframe. Where a breach is not confirmed, the Account will be reinstated and any withheld funds released. Where a breach is confirmed, pktk reserves the right to permanently close the Account and, where applicable, to retain the Account balance to offset losses arising from the breach.
A Player may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting pktk support. Prior to closure, any outstanding Wagering Requirements must be fulfilled, and any real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered Payment Method following satisfactory identity verification.
pktk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — that is, where they meaningfully affect Player rights or obligations — pktk will provide reasonable advance notice via the platform's notification system and/or by email to registered Players.
Your continued use of the pktk platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request Account closure prior to the effective date of the changes.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the pktk platform complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
pktk operates as a safe and reliable platform with a commitment to fair play, player protection, and responsible gaming. Any disputes not resolved through pktk's internal complaint resolution process may be escalated in accordance with the dispute resolution procedure described in the Account support documentation.
